What are your shipping rates and delivery times within Ireland?
We offer standard shipping across Ireland for a flat fee of €5.95, with free delivery on orders over €75. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2-3 business days.
What is your return policy for fashion items?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Each product page features a detailed size guide tailored to that specific brand. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart, or contacting our support team for personalized fit advice.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey through our courier partner.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Do you offer international shipping outside of Ireland?
Currently, we primarily serve the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. However, we are working on expanding our delivery options to the UK and mainland Europe in the near future.
